1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ShradhanjaliCard.com. By accessing or using our website, services, and online card editor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts and Verification
To use certain features, such as purchasing and downloading premium memorial cards, you must verify your identity using our secure Mobile OTP authentication. You are responsible for ensuring that all details entered during verification and card creation are accurate and respectful.
3. Payments and Billing
We offer premium templates and download services. All prices listed on ShradhanjaliCard.com are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Single Download Plan: Allows the user to pay a one-time fee of ₹19 per card to customize and download a single premium card in high-resolution.
- Unlimited 30-Day Pass: Allows the user to pay a one-time fee of ₹99 for unlimited card creation and downloads for a continuous period of 30 days. No recurring charges or automatic subscription billing apply.
4. Intellectual Property
The software, layout tools, design patterns, customized card borders, religious icons, fonts, and assets provided by ShradhanjaliCard.com are our exclusive property. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for creating personal memorial tribute cards for family, friends, and community members. Commercial resale of templates or borders is strictly prohibited.
5. Respectful Usage Policy
ShradhanjaliCard.com is a platform dedicated to honoring departed individuals with respect and dignity. You agree not to create cards containing defamatory, illegal, fraudulent, or harassing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or restrict downloads for any content deemed inappropriate or highly offensive.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
