Refunds & Cancellations

1. One-Time Payment Structure
At ShradhanjaliCard.com, we do not utilize recurring subscriptions or auto-renew billing models. All purchases (including the ₹19 Single Card Download and the ₹99 30-Day Unlimited Pass) are strictly one-time payments processed via our secure payment gateway. As there are no ongoing subscriptions, there are no cancellation procedures required to avoid subsequent charges.
2. Digital Downloads & Refund Policy
Because ShradhanjaliCard.com provides immediately downloadable, high-resolution custom digital files (PDF & PNG format), refunds are generally not offered once a payment is successfully completed and the card download is authorized.
3. Exceptions & Technical Assistance
We want to ensure a respectful, stress-free experience during difficult times. We will review and approve refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Double Billing: If your account has been charged twice for the same transaction due to a network delay or gateway hiccup, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately upon confirmation.
- System Fault/Download Issues: If you paid but were unable to customize or download your card because of a technical failure on our server, we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund within 3–5 working days if the problem cannot be resolved.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the above criteria, please email our support team at support@shradhanjalicard.com with the following details:
- Your mobile number registered during card creation
- Transaction ID / Payment Gateway reference number
- Screenshots or descriptions of the error or double-charging
Once verified, eligible refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit card) within 5–7 working days in compliance with standard bank processing guidelines.
